Terms and Conditions for Custom WordPress Website Offer

1. Introduction These Terms and Conditions govern the agreement between the client (“you” or “client”) and our company (“we,” “us,” or “developer”) for the provision of a custom WordPress website for £350 per month, with a commitment period of 36 months.

2. Services Provided We will provide the following services as part of the monthly fee:

  • Custom WordPress website design and development
  • Mobile-friendly and responsive design
  • SEO optimization
  • Fast and secure hosting
  • Ongoing support and maintenance

3. Fees and Payment

  • The monthly fee for the services is £350.
  • Payments are to be made monthly in advance, starting from the commencement date of the agreement.
  • Payments should be made via subscription payment from card transactions.

4. Commitment Period

  • The minimum commitment period for this agreement is 36 months.
  • Early termination of the agreement by the client will require the payment of the remaining balance for the entire 36-month period.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • You agree to provide all necessary content, images, and information required for the development of the website in a timely manner.
  • You will ensure that all provided content is accurate and does not infringe on any third-party rights.

6. Revisions and Changes

  • The initial design will include up to 3 revisions. Any additional revisions will incur extra charges.
  • Significant changes or additional features requested after the initial design may be subject to additional charges.

7. Maintenance and Support

  • Ongoing maintenance and support include regular updates, security checks, and technical support.
  • Support requests should be made through our designated support channels Email, Phone.

8. Ownership and Rights

  • Upon full payment of the 36-month commitment, you will own the website and all its content.
  • During the commitment period, we retain ownership of the website design and code.

9. Termination

  • Either party may terminate the agreement if the other party breaches any material term of this agreement and fails to remedy the breach within 30 days of receiving notice of the breach.
  • Early termination by the client will require payment of the remaining balance of the 36-month commitment.

10. Liability

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the website.
  • Our total liability under this agreement will not exceed the total amount paid by you under this agreement.

11. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

12. Changes to Terms and Conditions

  • We reserve the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you in writing.
